Clients Questions
Our qualified translators translate your document into more than 15 languages, enabling you to communicate flexibly across national borders.
No matter whether you need a translation for the international market or a certified translation of certificates for your studies abroad! Below you will find a transparent overview of your most frequently asked questions on the subject of translation services.
In principle, translation is possible in all language combinations. We currently offer translation from and into following languages: Arabic, German, Chinese, English, French, Russian, Farsi, Ukrainian, Urdu, Turkish, Hindi, Dari, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, and Polish. We are always improving our services and adding new languages so keep an eye on our newsletter or languages page.
If documents and certificates issued abroad are to be presented to German authorities or courts, for example, a certified translation of the relevant documents is usually required. In order to be sworn in by the court, the translator must prove his professional and linguistic qualifications to the court so that the highest possible standard of quality of the translations can be guaranteed. The sworn translator certifies the accuracy of the translation and its conformity with the original with his or her signature and stamp.
You can pay conveniently by PayPal, direct debit, credit card, bank transfer, and invoice. This guarantees fast and secure processing and allows you to use our services at short notice and without complications. Please note that payment on invoices is currently only possible for business customers (stating a valid VAT identification number). The payment period is 14 days.
Documents such as certificates, driving licenses, and diplomas are largely similar in length and structure and can therefore each be offered at a fixed price. For more pricing information please check our services page.
For individual text requests or more complex projects, which are generally handled by our project management team, we calculate the costs based on the number of words, the corresponding language, and the subject area. Contact us, and we will be happy to help!
Übersetzung Express offers you two different delivery options: Standard and Priority. For standard delivery, the processing time is 3-5 working days, and for priority 2-3 working days. As soon as the translation is available, you can check it in digital form in your order area. You can either accept the translation or, if something does not quite meet your expectations, request a correction. After your binding acceptance, the order is considered delivered or completed.
Standard shipping is offered free of charge and your translated document will be shipped to your address using registered mail by Deutsche Post. Priority shipping can be offered with extra charges if the custom has explicitly requested it while placing the order.
Not right now. We currently offer only domestic shipping within Germany.
